Atlas Capital Management, LLC (ACM) is a Private, California Limited Liability Company formed in 2014, with offices in Portland, Oregon, and its Head Office in Ontario, California.  Its company registration number with the secretary of the State of California is 201409310300.  Atlas Capital Management’s main business model is in the field of Project/Company Acquisition, Project Management and Development, with an underlying sector of Debt Structured Management (DSM) for project capitalization.  The Company’s capital and funds are derived from commercial business transactions, DSM consulting services inclusive of the liquidation of numismatic items, artworks and private assets, real estate acquisition and sales, and also liquidation of stock and bonds to which we receive collaborative proceeds from.  Through bilateral teaming agreements and also the acquisition and sale of common investment interests, Atlas Capital Management, LLC has been able to raise capital for project construction, redevelopment/revitalization in the United States and its inner cities, as well as internationally, under private contracts and working directly with cities redevelopment agencies on needed project capital for continuous growth.

We look to continue expansion in the areas of hydroponic organic systems, gardening, nursing care facilities, office complex and mix-use developments, as well as to continue to acquire our direct or Joint Venture Partnerships for developments in the Sustainable and Renewable Energy Sectors, as well as our continued opportunities for Economic Growth and Job creation, both domestically and abroad.  Part of  our company goals and missions point in the direction of  creating jobs, and also fulfilling and addressing humanitarian concerns geared towards making a difference in the world through economic and real estate development.

Atlas worked on and managed many projects such as the new off campus , "Luxury Student Housing Development, at University of Southern California (USC) called "Element".   Currently, these luxury development units are being leased out to students matriculated at USC.  Our team had day to day management oversite on the project from start to finish and were under direct contract, until its completion.

Schools are being designed to enable inclusion of many activities and can no longer be isolated from maximum use. Increasing construction and operating costs make it essential that schools be constructed economically and efficiently if the building is to serve its occupants and at the same time be a wise investment for the community. It is obvious that the total building process is not a short-term experience. Accelerated building schedules for meeting arbitrary opening dates can short-circuit the planning process and produce schools that do not meet the needs of teachers, students, or the community. Our capitalization program covers any all short falls.  Much emphasis is currently being placed on the creation of high performance buildings which are safe, healthy, energy efficient, and which have the least possible impact on the natural environment. We are acutely aware and sensitive to this carbon-footprint and subscribe to promoting with our Clients a more cohesive 'Green Space Environment' (GSE). Such schools should not be thought of as special. It should be the goal of every project developer to construct such facilities; however, a strong commitment is required from all those involved at the very beginning of the planning process. Good planning, design, and construction practices should lead to the construction of schools which meet high performance goals and standards.

We work with our Client base on a wide range of sustainable projects.  While we have had a long tenure in the residential and commercial development space, we are not mutually exclusive in these markets. Keep in mind, while ACM is not a 100% 'investor' investment firm, we have allocated capital and profit sharing for new development ventures where our Clients can participate. On a case by case bases, we will work with start ups and profit share with companies to structure as much as 50% to 90% or more of the capital necessary to ensure our collaborative partners are well above par to level the playing field to success. In this fast pace technological age, millennial migration for job security is at an all time high. The result is there is a shortage of affordable residential dwellings. Some of our collaborative partners, as well as ourselves realize the need for affordable housing and are prepared to leave a noticeable green foot-print. 


As new companies bleed into the emerging markets, they are often under capitalized.  ACM is prepared to assist our Clients through these crawl spaces by providing the necessary capital to navigate up and downstream to capture market share. We assist companies to cross pollinate themselves into the global economy seamlessly to create that footprint through ACM's proprietary capitalization structure.
